Virtual Volunteer Accounts

Virtual Volunteer Accounts

The Virtual Volunteer portal helps keep parents and others involved in your school by making it easy for them to sign up for events and track their volunteer hours.

School Volunteer Coordinators can enter upcoming events, and then pre-screened volunteers can sign up to volunteer to those events. They can also use this portal to track their hours worked, communicate with other volunteers and to edit their profile information. Users can sign in from the comfort of their home, office or anywhere with a computer and internet connection.

Getting a V-Vol Account

To enroll in V-Volunteer, simply provide your email address to the Volunteer Coordinator at your school/district.

Only your school/district can create a V-Vol account for you, Raptor is not authorized to create, approve or deny a volunteer account and/or application. Once your Coordinator adds your email address to your v-Soft profile you will get an automated email with further instructions.

If you are missing the email please be sure to check your spam folder and ensure that you have provided the correct email address on your application. If you are sure that you have an account but do not have your password follow the steps below.

Resetting V-Vol Passwords

Go to www.v-volunteer.com and click on the "forgot you password?" link.  A pop up will appear, type in the email address on file for your V-Vol account.

This tool will send you an automated email with a link so you can change your password. You must have access to the inbox for the email you provided on your volunteer application. Please check your spam folder in the event you don't receive the email.

Once you receive the email click on the link and set your new password.

If you no longer have access to the email address you provided on your volunteer application, reach out to your school/district volunteer coordinator and provide your new email address for them to update your profile.
