The CamScan gives the following errors when you attempt to scan in Vsoft:
You will need to close Vsoft. Unplug the USB cable connected to the CamScan, wait 10 seconds, plug it back in.Go to Start>All Programs>Vsoft>Service Manager. Restart the ‘Service Manager’.
This issue can be prevented by disabling Hibernation Mode and Stand By Mode. Go to Start>Control Panel>Power Options.
Under the Power Schemes tab set the ‘System Standby’ to ‘Never’.
Under the ‘Hibernation’ tab disable the ‘Enable Hibernation’
