1. Make sure the license is inserted as far right in the scanner opening as possible.
2. Make sure the license is oriented properly:
Scanshell 800 users must scan the license face down. Please verify that the license is scanned face down and inserted landscape.
Scanshell 800DX users should scan face up for the best results. Please verify that the license is scanned face up and inserted landscape style.
